Why is there a ticket fee?
It pays for running your ticketing — checkout, fraud checks, payouts and support. The target is 1.8% + $0.50 per paid ticket, folded into the all-in price. Free tickets carry no fee. Card processing is passed through at cost.
When do I get paid?
It depends on your payout tier. New organizers are paid once the event ends. Verify your identity and bank for daily payouts; after 10 events with low refunds and no disputes, you’re eligible for instant payouts.
What counts as an AI credit?
Credits are used when Hopp or the crew drafts something for you — an event page, tickets, reminders, a campaign, an answer. Each plan includes a monthly allowance.
Can the crew do things without asking?
Only what you allow on the trust dial. Publishing, prices and refunds always ask, on every plan. Everything the crew does leaves a receipt, and you can pause the crew anytime.
Can I take my audience with me if I leave?
Yes. Export your audience anytime as CSV — contacts, tags, order and attendance history — on every plan, Free included.
Do attendees see extra fees?
No. Prices are shown all-in, from the listing to checkout. The price on your page is the price they pay.
